Executive Solutions was engaged at the feasibility stage for an endoscopy center and a multispecialty surgery center. During these projects ES, as Project Director, worked closely with architects, interior designers and potential tenants in the concurrent development of both ASC’s and a 40,000 square foot Medical Office Building (MOB) , including implementation of full EMR systems for both centers from day one.

Our ASC’s and the MOB were licensed and accredited on time and within budget. Linda and her team did a superb job of managing all three projects.
