Our Two ASC’s and the MOB Were Opened On Time and Within Budget!
Executive Solutions was engaged at the feasibility stage for an endoscopy center and a multispecialty surgery center. During these projects ES, as Project Director, worked closely with architects, interior designers and potential tenants in the concurrent development of both ASC’s and a 40,000 square foot Medical Office Building (MOB) , including implementation of full EMR systems for both centers from day one.
Our ASC’s and the MOB were licensed and accredited on time and within budget. Linda and her team did a superb job of managing all three projects. Their professionalism, attention to detail, organization and management skills is superb. ES assisted with the due diligence and acquisition as well as operational turn-around of a network of 5 Imaging Centers. In addition they assisted the facilities in preparation for new IDTF licensure and negotiated equipment leases in the process. Linda served as Interim CEO while another consultant on her team served as Interim COO of the new organization. They also brought in a real estate colleague to renegotiate a few building leases for us.
